RACHI: Chief justice has imposed a major penalty of &
lsquo;compulsory retirement’ on Additional District and Sessions Judge Akhtar Su
ltana with immediate effect.
According to a statement on Tuesday,

lsquo;misconduct’, &
lsquo;inefficiency’ and &
lsquo;corruption.’ The court – after considering all the facts – imposed the penalty.
